Apollinaris selection
The famous German water but then in a designer bottle. Apollinaris has been known as “The Queen of Table Waters” for many years now. This spring water was discovered in 1852 and is rich in minerals and is sourced from the limestone-rich Eifel region in Germany. Apollinaris has a full, somewhat salty taste (the carbon dioxide occurs naturally in the water).
At 6g of carbon dioxide per litre, the Apollinaris Selection is less fizzy than the Classic version. It’s no wonder that Apollinaris Selection is often the choice in the culinary world; this water is the perfect accompaniment to refined dishes and good wines.
