Vittel
In the heart of the French Vogezen lies “La Grande Source”: the centuries-old source of Vittel.
The French Vogezen consists of an ancient massif with summits of up to 1,400 metres high and vast coniferous and deciduous forests growing on its edges. The Vittel spa has been in existence for more than 150 years.
For a non-carbonated spring water, Vittel has a relatively high mineral content, especially calcium, which can be considered high at more than 200 mg per litre. Vittel has a pH of 7.3, which classifies it as slightly alkaline.
